How to prevent negative comments on your ads
This is not 100% fail-proof, but it will definitely help. You can use this csv file that will automatically hide any comments that have these negative words (some are neutral, you can edit the words):

Go to your facebook page > settings > general > scroll down to page moderation > upload file
